The hotel is conveniently located just off of I-5, outside the busy Portland area, making it a modern and clean choice. The rooms were bright, clean, and spacious for a family of 4, but they could benefit from an upgrade. The service was nice and accommodating overall, although there were some issues with rigidity in addressing certain concerns, impacting the experience. The dining experience was lovely, with a variety of delicious options, but it added an extra $30 to the overall cost. The location's biggest benefit was being close to the VA hospital in Portland, ideal for those with medical commitments in the area.

I felt like staying in a box, as the room was spacious but lacked cleanliness and had exposed piping in the bathroom. The hotel's location was convenient for us, although the majority of parking was at the back. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above expectations to ensure our stay was pleasant. The dining experience added extra costs, as some food options were pricey, but the service was great with a variety of choices available.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and clean, providing a perfect night's sleep. The service was top-notch with attentive and helpful staff. The location was fantastic, near Portland yet nestled in a beautiful area next to a charming neighborhood. The dining experience was enjoyable, although a bit pricey. Overall, a wonderful experience with some minor drawbacks.
